Pact is an international non-governmental organization headquartered in Washington DC. By working at the level of regions and coalitions, PACT contributes to the emergence of civil society as a partner of the State in the development and application of policies, and as a defender of the interests of the grassroots populations.
In carrying out its mission, Pact uses a range of tools and skills: capacity building, organizational development, training, information systems, development of partnerships and coalitions, grant management, strengthening of governance, advocacy and lobbying.
Pact has already implemented several projects in Madagascar. These projects have affected various sectors including the Environment, the Development of Information Systems and Knowledge Management, Democracy and Governance, Health, Institutional, and Organizational Development.
