Proposal for legal & environmental advice on the position of Afren’s PSC license and its ability to fulfill exploration activities on the Ampasindava peninsular with regard to its proposed protected status.
- Provide to Afren strategic environmental and legal advice to evaluate its PSC license commitments as regards to the new protected area initiative, the marine parks in the area and the tourism industry.
- To conduct the environmental analysis, we are using an integrated approach mobilizing knowledge from the different environmental knowledge based on the principle of ESIA, review of the Biodiversity and Conservation inventory and mainly the review and analysis of legal texts related to the issues.
