Study of vulnerability to climate change in the Marine Protected Areas of Nosy Hara and Ambodivahibe Bay, Madagascar

Collection of socio-economic and ecological data in the Marine Protected Areas of Nosy Hara and Ambodivahibe Bay to support the study of vulnerability to climate change at these two sites. In collaboration with WWF Madagascar.

  • Compilation of relevant data (ecological, biological and socio-economic) in marine protected areas Nosy Hara and Ambodivahibe Bay,
  • Refining indicators of ecological and socio-economic vulnerability with WWF team and identifying missing data according to the defined indicators,
  • Collection of environmental and socio-economic data relating to each site which will be based on finalized indicators and data gaps at each site.
