The preparation of manual of procedures for the establishment and management of Marine Protected Areas in Madagascar was carried out for WCS.
- Refining steps and procedures in the process of establishing MPAs;
- Proposal of a model of biophysical studies protocol necessary for the delimitation of MPAs, socio-economic and backup;
- Establishment of the Charter of stakeholder responsibility.
