- Seek a first environmental permit for the pilot production phase;
- Inventory and analysis of the initial situation of the receiving environment;
- Public involvement in the EIA process;
- Analysis of Environmental and social impacts;
- Proposition of avoidance / mitigation / compensation measures;
- Proposition of Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
